Subscription Options

What subscription plans do you offer?

ExpressSheet offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited daily formula generation, basic sheet analysis
  • Pro: Unlimited formulas, advanced analysis, Google Sheets integration, priority support
  • Enterprise: Everything in Pro plus team collaboration, API access, and dedicated support

Can I try ExpressSheet before subscribing?

Yes! You can try ExpressSheet in three ways:

  • Start with our Free plan - no credit card required
  • Test formula generation with your daily limit
  • Upload and analyze sample spreadsheets to see our AI in action

What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly billing?

Yearly subscriptions offer significant savings compared to monthly billing. You get the same features with both options, but annual plans provide better value for long-term users.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

How do I update my billing information?

Visit your dashboard and click "Manage Billing" to update your payment method, billing address, or view invoices.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes! Invoices are automatically generated for each payment and can be downloaded from your dashboard. You can also add company information for employer reimbursement.

Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Click "Cancel Subscription" in the subscription details section. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to enjoy access to all Pro features until the end of your billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your account remains active, and you retain access to your formula history and generated content. You'll revert to the Free tier limitations after your subscription ends.

Account & Access

Can I use ExpressSheet on multiple devices?

Yes! Your ExpressSheet account works on any device with a web browser. Log in with your credentials to access your account from desktop, tablet, or mobile.

What happens when my daily limits reset?

All usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC. You'll receive your full daily quota of formula generations and sheet analyses each day.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your spreadsheets and formulas are private and never shared with third parties.

Enterprise & Teams

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Yes! Our Enterprise plan includes team collaboration features, custom integrations, and dedicated support. Contact us at enterprise@expresssheet.com to discuss your organization's needs.
