1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ExpressSheet ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Terms

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Free trials are available for new users and are limited to one per user.

3.2 Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

3.3 Changes to Pricing

ExpressSheet reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Remove or modify any proprietary markings or restrictive legends.
• Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExpressSheet and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the spreadsheets, data, and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ExpressSheet a limited license to process, analyze, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing our Service unless you give us explicit permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

ExpressSheet uses artificial intelligence to generate formulas, analyze data, and create visualizations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated formulas and analyses.
• ExpressSheet is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical business decisions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

ExpressSheet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPRESSSHEET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
